It's all about the planning

The number one excuse I hear from people as to why they are overweight or out of shape is that they don't have enough time in their week to fit in a workout.  This is what I say to that, "Its all about the planning and prioritizing".  When you need to make a presentation at work do you just wing it and hope it all falls together?  Chances are you wouldn't get any promotions that way.  You need to plan your week accordingly  for your meals and your exercise.  Poor planning results in hunger and the need for a quick meal which often leads to poor choices.  Childhood obesity is at an all time high in this country!  Why is that?  Parents are busy and choose the quick fix.  Crap food they don't have to cook.  If you take 15 - 30 minutes on your weekend and plan your next 5-6 meals then you can grocery shop and the process becomes quick and easy.  You come home, you have all the ingredients ready and you put it together for a home cooked meal.  Guaranteed this cuts down on a few pounds for you, makes your kids healthier and able to focus and learn better, and it makes your home life so much more pleasant.

Don't have time for exercise?  Unfortunately I know too many people including myself at times wasting our lives on social media, filling our natural curiosity with what others are doing as opposed to doing ourselves!   Take 30 minutes a day and get out and just do it!!  The rewards are priceless!!!  You will feel fantastic and suddenly you have more time for all your chores and life gets easier.

Sorry,  I work a full time job, own a gym, teach fitness classes,  I'm a part time realtor, and am a wife and mother of 3 busy children.  If you can beat that then come talk to me about time and we will work it out.  If you can't then you just want an excuse.
